I offer a confidential space to talk about whatever you are facing in your life.  I will listen in a non-judgemental way. I will never tell you what you should do. Working together, we can build and reflect upon resources that can become foundations for beginning to heal or find new ways to move forward. 

Alongside running a Private Practice, I work within Occupational Health and have experience of NHS, EAP and Third sector settings. 

I have a particular interest in the menopause transition and combine professional training with lived experience to offer evidence based and holistic support to those navigating this stage of life.

I am trauma informed and sensitive, using approaches such as Polyvagal Theory and Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT) to inform my Practice.
