I offer a holistic approach and recognise how interdependent mind, body, and soul contexts truly are. I believe that healing happens when we can honour and embrace our whole 'selves'.

My approach reaches further than simply addressing wellbeing and aligns with supporting wholeness, honouring and integrating all that it means to be human.

You will find a confidential space to talk about whatever you are facing and I will listen in a non-judgemental way. I won't tell you what you should do, but working together, we can build and reflect upon resources that can become foundations for beginning to heal or find new ways to move forward. 

I offer sessions for all adults, and also have a particular interest in menopause as a transition and rite of passage, combining professional training with lived experience to offer evidence based and holistic support to anyone navigating this phase of life.

I am trauma informed and am trained in using trauma sensitive approaches, such as Polyvagal Theory and Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT).

Alongside running a Private Practice, I work within Occupational Health and have experience of NHS, EAP and Third sector settings.. I am an experienced clinical supervisor and work with both qualified and student counsellors to support development and am passionate about contributing towards making an impact on improving mental health support across the country.
